Help to protect Helford's unique marine heritage

The Helford Marine Conservation Group Members Section has been formed as a public membership body to support the Helford Voluntary Marine Conservation Area by encouraging all who know and care about this special place to help protect it for future generations.

The group runs a wide range of fun and informative activities around the Helford, as well as hands on conservation action, and hopes to raise awareness of the wealth of marine life living there, its importance and how everyone can work together to help protect it.

Membership is open to everyone - local residents, visitors, sailors, fishermen, and anyone who is interested in the care and conservation of the Helford Estuary.

Your support is needed!

By joining the Helford Marine Conservation Group your support will actively help to conserve the estuary.

As a member you will receive our newsletter twice a year, keeping you in touch with the latest news and articles of interest concerning the Helford and marine conservation generally. There are regular updates and information on forthcoming events, and specially organised walks, talks, and practical activities to help learn more about this fascinating river and it's surroundings.

How You Can Join Us

For more information please contact Keith Davie, Trengilly Wollas, Nancenoy, Constantine Falmouth TR11 5RP  Tel: 01326 340547.

Membership rates are: Individual £5, Family £10. All monies will go towards the aims of the group and the conservation of the Helford River.
